This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning or refunding products purchased from our website. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase as most products are ineligible for refunds or returns.
T-SHIRTS/PHYSICAL PRODUCT PURCHASES:
- All t-shirts and physical products available on our website are sourced from a trusted drop shipping company.
- Drop shipping products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.
- However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the drop shipping company offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with me at msmatthewslittlestclassroom@gmail.com. Include the product order number, a clear photo showing the issue and a description of the issue or error. I’ll be in touch as soon as possible with next steps.
DIGITAL RESOURCES/DOWNLOADS
- Digital teaching resources, including downloadable materials and resources, cannot be refunded or returned after purchase.
- Before making a purchase, please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the product description and any available previews to ensure it meets your requirements.
EXCEPTIONS
- In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping for t-shirts and physical products purchased from our website, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage for verification purposes.
- If the defect or damage is confirmed, we will work with our drop shipping company to arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.
